DAY 1: Arequipa –Cruz del Cóndor – Cabanaconde – Oasis
Pick up from your hotel towards the town of Yanque in trhee hours and a half (164 km.), where we have the Breakfast Buffet (7:00 a.m.).
Then we will travel two more hours (42 km.) to La Cruz del Cóndor, where we will spend one hour. There you can see the flight of the condors and the depth of the canyon (3,207 meters over the sea level).
10:00 a.m.: We arrive to Cabanaconde and immediately began the hike down the canyon (3 1/2 hours).
1:30 p.m.: We arrive at Oasis, peaceful and charming place, where we will enjoy its pools, surrounded by palm trees and breathtaking nature. The guide will be in charge of feeding the group (lunch and dinner).
DAY 2: Oasis – Cabanaconde – Chivay – Arequipa
5.00 a.m.: We started the trek climb again this time for three and a half hours.
8:30 a.m.: Arrive at the town of Cabanaconde, where we have breakfast. From this town of Chivay, performing traditional tourist stops in the town of Maca, and natural viewing to appreciate the pre-Inca terraces of the valley.
12:30 p.m.: Arrival at Chivay. Time to visit the medicinal thermal baths of Chacapi (40 minutes). After lunch, we return to the city of Arequipa doing tourist stops performing in the National Reserve of Salinas and Aguada Blanca and Mirador de los volcanes (4,910 meters over the sea level).
